While his rise to fame was somewhere between fast and meteoric, the K-town boy Raaz B stepped into the Cameroon music industry of hip-hop and afrobeat. In 2010-2011: Raaz B and friends (Natty Dread, Kella B, Gap B, Big C) released their first movie titled: Hard Life which credited them with many awards and popularity in the country. Raaz B, Ruff Gem, Fuzzy Hardman, and Big C released a street collabo entitled: SINGS FROM A LITTLE CHILD. They created a group called SWAG BMG that left them with a hit single: BACK 2 THE GAME. During this beautiful period, he shot many video clips and comedy films across the nation.
Not forgetting (2011 – 2012) he was the President of his famous and award-winning dance group “LIVING LEGEND” alongside Nerish Clint, Ko-C, Jackson Junior, and friends. A few years later, he and Mic Monsta teamed up and recorded many creative video clips that exposed their faces in the 237-entertainment music industry.
Early 2013: Raaz B released his first solo song “B-swag Dance”, which was one of the SW’s favorite videos that was constantly played in most of Cameroon’s national media at the time. In 2016 he also released a Mboko rap song “Wise Man ” The song became a street anthem that gave him the name “street god”. 2017-2018 he caught the attention of the recording label LCG PRODUCTION, a music company based in France and the USA. In 2020-2021 the label released the EP Undisputed streetgod featuring Big G Baba in the hit song “Oluwa is Involved”. Later that year Raaz B issued the EP Bad Times which included his hit song ” Jaja Love” featuring Hard Fire.
Raaz B later left the Recording label LCG PRODUCTIONS and became the founder of SG EMPIRE. After disappearing for a while building up his music career and recording label. Raaz B made a major comeback in 2024 with the album titled ” The Street and Love” featuring artists like Mic Monsta, Jea, K Major, Nami Nami Cyrus and Hard Fire, Farida, Ketiidy, and Gordon.
